YOGA SESSION

 Hello , hello!!!👋👋


How are you doing guys?


This week we did YOGA in the classroom because of the rain, do you remember?😉

It was super fun to do different yoga poses: the tree, the cat, the cow.....

Yoga is perfect for relaxing and discharge of energy.

Try to do yoga a couple of days a week for 20 minutes and you will see how you improve doing the poses!👐👐
